Typical start-up cost for a single restaurant is between $407,000 and $447,000 which includes $150,000 operating capital, a $25,000 franchise fee, build out, leasehold improvements, equipment and POS system. Typical store size is between 1600 square feet and 2000 square feet. The franchisee also must have the ability to provide liquid assets of $75,000 - $100,000 and be able to finance the rest of the project—totaling $407,000 - $447,000 per store.
- Franchise Fee: $25,000
- Weekly Royalty Fees: 6% of gross sales
- Advertising / Marketing Development Fees: 1% paid on net sales monthly “after one year in operation”
- Minimum of 1.5% required to be spent locally by franchisee for advertising and marketing

Area Development
Area development agreements are available. Discounts are available based upon commitment to open a specific number of stores opened in a defined period of time. This type of agreement provides exclusive rights to the contracted geographical area.
Master Franchise
The master franchise fees are based on population figures for the specific area under franchise.
Ongoing Fees
- Monthly Royalty fees: of 6% of Gross Sales paid monthly
- Advertising/Marketing Development fees: 1% paid on gross sales monthly. Minimum of 1.5% required to be spent locally by franchisee for advertising and marketing
