• 1. Recruitment Interview
  This interview determines on a preliminary level if we can develop a partnership that is mutually beneficial. We discuss the step by step process through which we help you bring your dream to fruition.
• 2. Recruitment Pack One Information Review
  It is your Recruitment Manager’s job to make sure you understand all aspects of the Planet Wings Recruitment Pack One. Any questions you have after reviewing the Pack can be addressed with your Recruitment Manager. The Qualifying Application and a preliminary acceptance of your financial capabilities will be completed before moving on to the Recruitment Pack Two. Your Recruitment Manager will send you a UFOC to review at this time.
• 3. Recruitment Pack Two Information Review
  Pack Two is made up of detailed information about the services you will receive as a Planet Wings franchisee. Again, your Franchise Recruiter will cover the in’s and out’s of the Recruitment Pack Two to ensure that both parties are ready to move onto the next phase of the recruitment process.
• 4. Demographic Disclosure & Real Estate Targeted Search Assessment
  Your Franchise Systems Manager will provide you will detailed demographic facts specific to your real estate area of interest. From comsumer restaurant data, to traffic counts, to a competitive analysis of businesses in the area, you will be fully aware of your site’s potential to open a successful Planet Wings Grill. No one else will provide you with a quality demographic disclosure and real estate assessment like ours. We are that confident you will trust our business model.
• 5. Franchise Committee Meeting
  The Franchise Committee is made up of several department heads. This meeting is designed to analyze the potential franchisee’s ability to take on the challenge of owning their own business. The Franchise Committee wants to know if the potential Planet Wings franchisee can exercise self-discipline, work long hours under pressure, tolerate uncertainty, and demonstrate an enterprise background, to name a few.
• 6. FA Signing
  If awarded a franchise by the Franchise Committee, you will meet with the Vice President of Franchise Development to sign the final paperwork that will enable you to launch your project forward.

After being awarded your franchise, you will be introduced to the following departments which will integrate all the services you need to open a successful operation.

Real Estate: The Real Estate department will assist you in finding an A or A+ location, LOI submission, and lease negotiations.

Financing: The Finance department will find the right funding for your project and will discuss commercial and SBA loans, 401K, home equity and leasing options.

Construction Project Management: If you choose our preferred vendor to manage your construction project, they will provide you with a business in a box with everything you need from A to Z.

Franchise Systems Manager: You will be assigned an FSM to serve as your mentor and guide throughout the life of your franchise.

Marketing Assistance: The Marketing Department will provide national, regional, and local marketing support and campaigns.

Training: Within a few weeks of opening your store, you will spend three weeks training at Planet Wings University as well as one week of in-store training. Other training covers webinars and web-based distance learning courses. The Planet Wings Marketing Department will then assist you in planning your soft opening.
